Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders are posted out on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need something by a particular date please get in touch before you order.

Once despatched the delivery times are as follows:

UK Delivery - The estimated delivery time on all items is 1-3 days. Items will be sent via First Class Royal Mail, 24hr Tracked Royal Mail or 24hr Parcelforce. If you select a tracked postage you will be emailed the tracking code.

Framing (UK ONLY): All frames are made to order. The normal 2-3 week lead time applies. If you need something for a particular date please message me before ordering as sometimes I can get things made faster. Frames are sent via Parcelforce 24hr which is a tracked service.

International Delivery - All items will be sent via Royal Mail airmail tracked. This usually takes 5-10 days but can take longer due to customs in some countries. You will be given the tracking once your order is despatched.

Please note purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

U.K. - Free Not Tracked / £3.50 Tracked

E.U. - £6.95 Tracked

U.S.A. - £15.95 Tracked

Everywhere else - £15.95 Tracked

Q: My order has arrived but it's broken/ incorrect what should I do?

A:  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please e-mail info@cecilyvessey.com and a I will sort out the problem as quickly as we can. 

Please do not send an item back without contacting me first as it may not be necessary to do so.

Q: Can I pick up my order from your studio?

Q. Do you do bespoke orders?

Q. Can a print be framed?

A: I’m afraid not, I can’t have visitors to my studio so it’s post only.
